- We’ll provide quotes, invoices and can arrange delivery to multiple UK addresses using our national courier ParcelForce.
- Gifts will be beautifully presented and can be tailored to individual requirements, to include branded materials, ribbon and hand written messages.

Team Away Days
- Escape from the office and get your team together for a team meeting or away day with a difference.
- Our tasting room is available for corporate hire and is the perfect venue to host your team meeting or training followed by a private wine tasting.
- You’ll have exclusive use of the room and facilities. Cold buffet style lunches can be arranged on request.
- Wine tastings and a wine tour can be tailored to individual requirements.
- Or why not let us come to you? We offer wine tastings at your location whether you’d like a formal tasting to impress your guests, or something more informal with games and blind tastings.
Please note that in line with current Government guidelines, visits are restricted to a group size of 6 at the moment.

Virtual Wine Tastings
- A personal wine tasting tailored to your group, hosted by our experienced wine host Ben.
- Beautifully presented and couriered directly to one or multiple mainland UK addresses, complete with tasting notes.
- We’ll guide you through the story of Woodchester Valley and your selection of wines.
- Liaise with us directly to discuss your tasting session and requirements, confirm logistics and book your date and time.

Your Corporate Sales Advisor: Ben Hawker
WSET Diploma qualified Ben has worked in the world of wine all of his adult life. Having spent time working as a sommelier in England and Australia he has also worked as a harvest assistant in England & New Zealand across several vintages. Ben has been at Woodchester Valley since September 2019 and as well as being our private client sales manager, also hosts our vineyard tours and wine tastings.
