To all our customers,
We hope you are all keeping well and safe. We’ll be updating this page regularly with the latest updates and timetables for our tours, accommodation and our shop. Please note that all guidance and timelines are subject to change – we will continue to update this page with any updates. Please bear with us while we respond to all your enquiries.
Vineyard Tours, Tastings & Events
We are now running our regular schedule of tours & tastings – these continue throughout the winter months as well as some of our regular and one off events over the winter months. Our December schedule can be found below and all tours can be booked here.
We will continue with our policy to seat each booking on separate tables with ample distance between tables to avoid unnecessary contact between households. As per the current Government guidance we require that face masks are worn at all times when moving around our tasting room. These may be removed when seated.
Our cancellation policy remains the same - if you are required to self-isolate then please give us a call and we will reschedule or refund your booking for you. If you are displaying any symptons of Covid-19 then we’d ask that you please do not attend your event. Please give us a call and we will happily reschedule your booking to another date. Please give us as much notice as possible to allow us to offer the spaces to others who may want them.

Rescheduled Bookings from Covid-19 lockdowns
If you have a previous booking that you have opted to reschedule then please bear with us while we get in touch with everyone to rebook. However if you have a date and time in mind, then please feel free to contact us on email@example.com with your previous booking details and we can get you rebooked.
Please note that if you have a booking that is affected by local or national restrictions relating to Covid-19, we will reschedule your booking free of charge or can offer a full refund.
All our accommodation is now open and we are delighted to be welcoming guests back. If you want to book a stay with us then our live up to date availability is showing on our website. Cellar Door Shop
Our staff will continue to wear their face masks when we have customers in our Cellar Door. We’d like to ask those of our customers who can to consider doing the same. There’s usually plenty of space but please be mindful of other customers as well. Our opening remain the same: Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm and our fridge remains fully stocked for cold bottles!
We are still operating our click & collect service on our website – please choose the option ‘pick up from store’ at the check-out and we will email you when your order is ready to collect.

Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sundays: 10am – 4pm
Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve: 10am – 2pm
CLOSED: 25th – 28th Dec, 1st – 3rd Jan 2022
We are also offering free local delivery for 6+ bottles and free national delivery for all orders over £120 – this will automatically apply at the check-out. Please allow 3-5 working days for deliveries as couriers are still extremely busy.
Local delivery includes postcodes GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 & GL11.
We hope to keep in touch with you all over the next few months and to see as many of you as possible. In the mean time please do follow us on social media if you can and keep up to date on our website, where we'll be providing regular updates and some light hearted virtual wine tastings for those of you wanting some wine advice! We'll also keep you updated on our vineyard and winery operations; some things don't stop!
