This 2019 vintage is beautifully balanced with ripe aromas of apple crumble & creamy lemon flavours, refined minerality underpinned with soft peaches and nectarine, a creamy mousse and ripe fruits. This slow maturing wine will evolve for many years in the cellar!

The first release of our Trigonia Series, the 2016 Blanc de Blancs. This wine was bottled in early summer 2017 and has now spent six years on the lees, quietly evolving and developing those enhanced autolytic aromas and flavours. Disgorged in May 2023, the nose is still fresh and lively, with inviting biscuit and pastry aromas reminiscent of a lemon tart.
