This wine was bottled in early summer 2017 and has now spent six years on the lees, quietly evolving and developing those enhanced autolytic aromas and flavours. Disgorged in May 2023, the nose is still fresh and lively, with inviting biscuit and pastry aromas reminiscent of a lemon tart.
