The small batch fermentations of this wine with maximum skin contact result in pronounced cassis aromas that lead to extended notes of raspberry and baked plum on the palate. This is supported by well structured tannins and balanced acidity with a lingering fruit driven peppery finish. This wine has excellent ageing potential.
This aromatic dry white wine is an enticing blend of tropical and citrus fruits with a complex long lingering finish.
Enjoy with shoulder of lamb, duck or stir fried vegetable dishes with a soy base.

Fermentation: 25° for 6 days
Ageing: 100% barrel aged for 17 months in 3 year old French oak barrels
