The Retreat is a spacious and characterful farmhouse with over 1,400 sq ft of living space across two floors. The entrance is through a utility room, into the large kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, breakfast bar and dining table. A log burner and Sky TV are also included. The kitchen leads into the hall off which sit the living room, second bedroom and a family bathroom (bath and separate shower). The living area is light and airy with generous windows allowing you to take in the surrounding views and has a second log burner. The master bedroom and en-suite (bath and separate shower) are upstairs and has a super king size bed. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with bathroom next door. Outside, a private drive leads to the property, with a covered car port, enclosed garden (perfect for dogs) and a large lawn area outside the front of the property, with seating. THINGS TO NOTE

Both bedrooms have the option for twin beds if preferred – please inform us when booking

We welcome pets although please not in the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings (extra charge of £20 per pet)

No parties and please be inside after 10pm.

2 night minimum stay.

Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 10am

Longer stays of 7 nights or more are discounted by 20%

Under 18s: Babies up to 12 months and children over the age of 11 are allowed to stay in the Retreat – please note that no baby equipment is provided.

Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of £100 will be added to each booking (included in the price paid when booking below)

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled more than 2 months before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled more than 1 month but less than 2 months before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in.

Rates & lengths of stay

Please note we have a minimum two night stay for The Retreat. Rates vary seasonally but are indicated below: The cleaning fee of £100 will be added to the quote.

RATES

Per night – £205 – £490

Please note that the weekend rate includes Friday night, Saturday night and a late check-out until 4pm on Sunday. Should you wish to stay Sunday night as well this is available at a discounted rate of £100 for the Sunday night (excl Bank Holiday weekends)
