Woodchester Valley House is a contemporary, architect-designed Cotswold home set within the private grounds of our vineyard estate. Designed with space, light and connection to nature in mind, the house sleeps up to 12 guests in six generously sized bedrooms — four with ensuites — and enjoys uninterrupted views across the vines and the rolling valley.

Space to gather

The ground floor flows effortlessly from room to room, centred around a relaxed, sociable layout ideal for groups:

• Two spacious living rooms, each with a log burner, comfortable seating and views over the garden and vineyard.
• Large kitchen–diner with bi-fold doors opening to the terrace and garden. A 12-seat dining table provides the perfect place for shared meals, private chef dinners, or a retreat workshop setting.
• Pantry and utility room, ideal for longer stays or catered events.
• Doors from the main living areas open directly to the garden terrace, creating seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Upstairs are six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, all benefitting from vineyard or valley views.

• The master suite features a private balcony, dressing room, roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
• Three further bedrooms are ensuite — two with roll-top baths and walk-in showers, one with shower over bath.
• Two additional bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.

The flexible layout makes the house ideal for:

• Multi-family gatherings
• Corporate or leadership retreats
• Wellness, yoga or creative workshops

Outdoors

A large private garden wraps around the rear of the house with terrace space for alfresco dining. Parking is available for up to six cars on site.
