A delightful sparkling rosé with a pretty pale salmon colour and a delicate persistent mousse. On the nose there are inviting aromas of ripe raspberries & strawberries with elegant pastry notes. On the palate there is an abundance of summer berries, cherries and Victoria plums with a well integrated burst of citrus fruits.

The perfect apéritif but also works well with a wide range of foods from shellfish canapés to kalamata olives and feta to Biltong. Why not try with hot smoked salmon & rice salad with a zesty yuzu & miso dressing.
