Tasting Notes:

The 2023 vintage is a well structured, elegant dry white wine. On the nose you find undertones of gooseberry, elderflower & pink grapefruit. The precise citrus & pink grapefruit aromas follow through seamlessly on the palate developing into elegant, mouth-watering stone fruits. A delightfully well balanced wine.

“Hint of salinity – a serious Bacchus that’s definitely different from the regular bottling.” – Jancis Robinson. Rated 16.5/20. Wines given this score "are serious, well-made wines that would give pleasure."

Food Pairings:

This is a wine which will pair beautifully with rich seafood and creamy chicken dishes. A great wine to accompany a Coq au Vin Blanc or even a Thai green curry.

Location: Amberley & Stonehouse

Winemaking: Combination of both crushed and de-stemmed & whole bunch pressing in a hyper-reductive environment.

Fermentation: Stainless steel

Alcohol: 12%

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on a next day delivery service, but please allow 2-3 working days, but can be up to five working days in busy periods.

Please provide an email address and a mobile phone number for order tracking and delivery puproses. For deliveries sent by our courier (ParcelForce), an email and text message will be sent to you to let you know when your delivery will arrive. If a landline number is provided, this will not be used – you will just receive an email notification instead. For local deliveries, we will use your number only to call you if lost.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If the delivery address is within GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 or GL11 then delivery is free for orders of £75 or more. This will automatically apply at the check-out. For other orders, a charge of £9.99 will apply.

MAINLAND UK: Delivery is free for all orders over £150 to Mainland UK. For orders under this a charge of £9.99 will apply.
