Thanks for visiting our shop and for supporting us during these unprecedented times. We want to make sure that all our customers are fully stocked with wine, therefore we are now offering:
A quintessential representation of the varietal style. Aromatic yet dry, With both Early and late harvested fruit this wine offers complex flavours of zesty citrus and gooseberry, subtle lychee and pineapple, with a distinctive elderflower aroma. The finish is mouthwatering and incredibly refreshing.
One of our most talked about wines to date (and our best Orpheus Bacchus yet!) Made from our very best parcels of Bacchus grapes, a unique expression of Bacchus from some of our oldest vines. The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, a limited range only made in selected years. A combination of whole bunch and de-stemmed fruit was pressed in an inert environment preserving the aroma and flavour pre cursors to create a concentrated well balanced expression of the Bacchus variety. This wine displays complex and well integrated flavours of elderflower and lychee with defined minerality and excellent persistent length and mouth watering finish.
Enticing notes of crisp and refreshing citrus and green fruits are beautifully balanced with subtle peach and hints of minerality. The barrel fermented Ortega gives great texture and balance. A delicious, dry white with a clean and pleasing finish.
A brand new wine to add to our collection! Our limited edition Atcombe White is the first release of our 2019 vintage and is sure to be a firm favourite with lovers of our Sauvignon Blanc. A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Ortega, this is a delightful mélange of ripe orchard fruits and delicate floral notes - peach blossom, pear and citrus with a whiff of elderflower and nettle. A dry, well structured white with lovely texture and a very long finish.
An intriguingly flavoursome yet delicate and dry rosé. The ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavours are pronounced due to the cold maceration of the fruit for 4 hours before fermentation. This wine has excellent balance with a fresh lingering finish.
A full-bodied and superbly structured rosé expressing an abundance of ripe and juicy red fruit character with a long and very pleasant finish. A perfect all seasons rosé that can also be enjoyed as an alternative to a light red.
A blend of 75% Seyval Blanc and 25% Pinot Blanc with fresh citrus notes, aromas of red apple and subtle stone fruits, this wine has a great mid-palate structure and a balance that is nicely rounded with good effervescence. The lees ageing brings some aromas of pastry and brioche reminiscent of a delicious apple pie.
Clean well developed toasted aromas from the 22 months of lees ageing with fresh ripe apple and citrus fruit on the palate. This is very well balanced with the acidity and fine mousse.
A charmingly well balanced sparkling rosé with delicate bubbles. This wine maintains subtle raspberry and toasted aromas which follow through and linger on the palate.
A truly elegant sparkling wine which displays complex aromas of baked apple, crisp citrus and biscuit. The extended lees ageing of 29 months adds subtle nuttiness with complex buttery character.
Deep youthful red in appearance with aromas of ripe blackberries, with a distant note of spice from the 1 year oak ageing. The flavour follows a similar theme with blackberries and hints of black cherries with well structured tannins. The finish is persistent, chewy and full of flavour.
Due to high demand over the past few weeks, this is now sold out. If you’d like to purchase our Sauvignon Blanc, it is now only available as part of our collections:

IWSC Judge’s tasting notes: ‘Watery pale lemon/green youthful colour. Fantastic typicity on the nose: hedgerow aromas, mown grass, capsicum, bay leaf, pink gooseberries and whitecurrants. The palate has a mineral, flinty gunsmoke wisp; it follows through the amazing layers and concentration of fruits. Long, ripe finish. Lovely winemaking.’
