Vineyard Tours & Wine Tastings

Our vineyard is open all year round for vineyard tours, wine tastings and other events. All of our tours and events must be pre-booked via the link here; we cannot accommodate walk ins. If you would like to drop in for a wine flight, or to pick up some wine, please visit our Cellar Door Shop, located handily on the A46 between Stroud & Nailsworth, a separate location to the vineyard. At the vineyard we host a mix of our award winning vineyard and winery tours, as well as seasonal events such as our Fizz & Chips or Wine & Cheese evenings, or our Vineyard Dog Walk. Our vineyard tours are fun, friendly and informative and will take you through the process of vine growing and wine making in the UK, before sampling a selection of wines in our spacious tasting room. Things To Note & FAQs

Please have a read below for a few things to note before your visit:

Opening Hours and How To Find Us:

Tours run 7 days a week during the summer months, with a slightly reduced schedule running from November - March.

All tours or events at the vineyard tasting room MUST be pre-booked - please note that our shop and tasting room are in different locations.

Directions to our tasting room will be provided in your confirmation email once a tour has been booked.

The maximum group size for a public tour is 6. If you are a larger group, please see below to enquire about a private tour.

Group bookings:

For groups larger than 6, and up to 35, we offer private bookings, outside of our public tour schedule. Please email tours@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk.

We can also host corporate tastings and events in our tasting room, please email tours@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk for a quote.

Children:

Please note that our tours are for over 18s only.

Dogs:

Please note that with the exception of our vineyard dog walk, dogs are not permitted to join you at any of our other tours or events.

Taxis:

If you would like to book a taxi to/from the vineyard, please do so in advance as it can be difficult to find available taxis on the day. We suggest using one of the following firms:

Changing/cancelling your booking:

If you need to change/cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up until 48 hours before the tour. If you need to change or cancel your booking within 48 hours, please get in touch directly and we will see what we can do.

Vouchers for tours:

If you would like to purchase a voucher for any of our tours or events we have two options:

E-vouchers can be found here. These will be emailed instantly to you and can be selected for any number of people on any of our regular tours & events, or for an amount of your choice to put towards any tour or event at the vineyard.

Hard copy vouchers can be found here. These will be posted out by Royal Mail first class post within 1 business day of receiving your order. Hard copy vouchers are available for our classic, premium and grazing lunch tours for two people.

You can also find hard copy vouchers for a stay in our vineyard barns which include a classic or premium tour for two people.

Redeeming a voucher:

If you have a tour voucher from us, you should have a voucher code. Please proceed to book your tour here and you should be able to enter the code to redeem your voucher at the check-out.

If you have a tour voucher from one of our voucher partners (for example Virgin Experience Days), you'll need to email us with your voucher details to book your tour. Please get in touch with us on info@woodchestervalleyvineyard.co.uk once you have selected your preferred date and checked availability on our website.
