A blend of 50% Seyval Blanc, 30% Pinot Blanc and 20% Reserve Wine with fresh citrus notes, aromas of red apple and subtle stone fruits, this wine has a great mid-palate structure and a balance that is nicely rounded with good effervescence. The lees ageing brings some aromas of pastry and brioche reminiscent of a delicious apple pie. 

Decadent Gold medal wine & awarded best sparkling Blanc de Blancs by Wine GB, elegant & creamy this 2018 vintage is beautifully balanced with ripe aromas of tarte tatin & unwaxed lemon zest, refined minerality underpinned with soft peaches and nectarine, a creamy mousse and ripe fruits, this slow maturing wine will evolve for many years in the cellar!

On the palate there subtle red grapefruit and nectarine with underlying key lime pie characteristics. This is all harmoniously balanced with the sugars, acidity and effervescence leaving the mouthwateringly fresh flavours to linger on the palate.
