February’s Wine of the Month – NEW Rosé Brut

Celebrate the month of love with our perfectly-matched pink English sparkling wine, the newly-released Rose Brut ’22.
This soft and refined expression of sparkling rosé will certainly wow your senses. From the creamy strawberries on the palate to its lingering finish, the Rose Brut ‘22 will leave you wanting more.
This vintage feels like a soft kiss of strawberries with a delicate underlayer of raspberries. It is also well-balanced with a vibrant long-lasting mousse to enjoy all-year-round.
This Rosé Brut comes to us from the ripe harvest of 2022, where our grapes enjoyed a lovely sunny year on the vines. Inside each glass, we find a majority of Pinot Noir, followed by Pinot Meunier and just a touch of Chardonnay.
It was originally bottled in the summer of 2023 and has spent roughly 20 months on the lees developing those soft, delicate flavours.
If you are up for a classic pairing, we recommend an Atlantic-smoked salmon on a touch of crème fraiche atop a cream cracker, accented with a twist of lemon and a sprinkle of capers.
But why not try something out of the box? For our innovative readers, try our sparkling Rosé Brut with fresh-chopped avocado and tuna tartare dressed with a rich soy-sesame glaze.
