Woodchester Valley Vineyard are excited to announce our first ever tasting menu and wine pairing experience; the perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day.
We’ve teamed up with the wonderful Winston House Cookery School, where Carolyn has been working with the Woodchester Valley team to create the perfect dishes to compliment our range of wines.
Join us this Sunday 31st March at 12:30pm for a lovely leisurely afternoon at the vineyard enjoying a glass of wine on arrival, followed by a 5 course tasting menu, with each dish paired with a separate wine.
Tasting Menu
Mushroom and caramelised shallot Tarte Tatin
Prawn, smoked sea trout, crayfish, smoked salmon and horseradish cream
Chicken, leek, pea and crispy sage risotto
Roasted red peppers, rocket, pine nuts
Lemon posset, vanilla cream, berries
