Sauvignon-esque Trio

Sauvignon Blanc: “This Sauvignon Blanc has astonishing ripeness and weight which belies its English cool climate origin. The steep slopes at Woodchester's Stonehouse site capture the sun and this wine has natural alcohol of 12%. Whilst the nose has all the cut grass and lemon, lime notes that you'd expect, there are also hints of tangerine, pink grapefruit and orange blossom. The palate is mouthwatering with lusciously ripe gooseberry, white peach and tropical fruits. The flavour really builds in the mouth to a long finish. This would pair well with richer fish dishes, sole meunière, fish pie, seafood risotto, even paella, as well as goats' cheese”

Aromatic yet dry, With both Early and Late harvested fruit this wine offers complex flavours of zesty citrus and gooseberry, subtle lychee and pineapple, with a distinctive elderflower aroma. The finish is mouthwatering and incredibly refreshing.

Orpheus Bacchus: The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, Initial aromas of citrus and stone fruits accented by hints of jasmine and mineral notes opening to reveal nuances of pear, fennel and preserved lemon. On the palate there is plenty of silky orchard fruit and a deliciously creamy texture.
