About The Wine

Tasting Notes

Pinot Rosé

This rosé has inviting aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. Its pale salmon colour compliments the subtle strawberry notes and there are copious amounts of lush strawberries and fresh picked raspberries which linger long on the palate. A lovely, well-balanced and refreshing acidity leaves you wanting more.

Pinot Précoce

Loaded with black cherry, blackcurrant, a hint of spice and smoky undertones. The palate is juicy, ripe and has a velvet-like texture. Gorgeous sweet fruit is matched by refreshing acidity and hints of oak.

Rosé Brut

A delightful sparkling Rosé with a pretty pale salmon colour, & a delicate persistent mousse. On the nose, there are inviting aromas of ripe raspberries & strawberries with elegant pastry notes. On the palate there is an abundance of summer berries, cherries and Victoria plums with a well integrated burst of citrus fruits, reminiscent of summer evenings & Eton Mess.

Blend: 100% Pinot Précoce
Location: Woodchester & Stonehouse
Press: Crushed and destemmed with 5 days cold maceration
Fermentation: 100% oak aged – 1 year combination of new & 1-3 year old barrels
Alcohol: 12.5%
Residual sugar: <1g/l
Bottled: April 2024

Rosé Brut

Varieties: 68% Pinot Noir, 32% Pinot Meunier
Location: Stonehouse & Woodchester
Fermentation: Traditional Method
Lees Aging: Minimum16 Months
Disgorging: From December 2023
Alcohol: 12%
Residual sugar: 8 g/l

Delivery

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on a next day delivery service, but please allow 2-3 working days, but can be up to five working days in busy periods.

Please provide an email address and a mobile phone number for order tracking and delivery puproses. For deliveries sent by our courier (ParcelForce), an email and text message will be sent to you to let you know when your delivery will arrive. If a landline number is provided, this will not be used – you will just receive an email notification instead. For local deliveries, we will use your number only to call you if lost.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If the delivery address is within GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 or GL11 then delivery is free for 6+ bottles. This will automatically apply at the check-out. For other orders, a charge of £9.99 will apply.

MAINLAND UK: Delivery is free for all orders over £150 to Mainland UK. For orders under this a charge of £9.99 will apply.

Additional charges will apply for orders to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands, please contact us for details. Unfortunately we currently cannot ship overseas.
